PELLET PRESSES
EHW ITALIAsupplypellet mills of different size specially studied and designed for the production of wood pellets and biomass in general. . They are built with highly resistant materials and a structure made out of thick steel, giving strength and soundness, long life and a minimal need for maintenance.
EHW ITALIA dispose of presses of different sizes and capacities: the diameter of our dies starts from 420 up to 1200 mm., the main motors range from 75 to 630 kW for a production capacity from 0,8 to 10 ton/h.
The lubrication of the bearings is guaranteed by an internal circuit which operates while the machine is running, too. The dies are fixed by means of a removable sector system, allowing in this way a quick and easy dies replacement, requiring no balancing being self-centering.
