Assistance

The relationship we establish with our customers does not end upon the purchase of one of our machines or plants, our project is to support the customer in the years following the purchase, too. The assistance service is one of the activities that more qualify a modern and efficient company such as EHW ITALIA. When the system is delivered to the customer, EHW ITALIA guarantees a period of education and training for technicians and operational staff.

A professional high-level mechanical, electrical and electronic assistance service, with fast and efficient interventions is always guaranteed. Our technical services can be requested by phone or e-mail, and our technicians are at the customer disposal for directions and advice.

Supply and spare part and component procurement

For any of our machinery and systems we are able to supply spare parts and components in a very short time.

Supervision

Our remote system supervision service is able to receive automatically any malfunction alarm, allowing our technical unit to promptly activate for on-site verification. This service is subjected to the fact that the plant is equipped with a data acquisition system by net connection.

Overhaul – implementation of pellet plants

The experience gained in the engineering of the industrial plants allows us to respond as well to the need of modernization of existing plants, where interventions aimed at improving reliability are planned and performed, increasing production capacity or reducing the management cost.
